Where are RAPT bags made?
Every RAPT bag is handcrafted in the heart of New York City’s Garment District in small batches. All hardware — including our signature metal bars — is hand-applied by local artisans.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Please note holiday orders may take up to two weeks to ship.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply.

How do I care for my Rapture Bag?
- Wipe leather with a soft cloth
- Avoid long exposure to moisture or direct sunlight
- Store in the dust bag when not in use
